1. Introduction

outlines the principles and guidelines that govern our business practices and
interactions with employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Our
commitment to ethical business conduct is fundamental to maintaining trust,
ensuring legal compliance, and achieving long-term success.
This
Code applies to all employees, directors, contractors, suppliers, agents, and
business partners. Compliance with this Code is mandatory and reflects KJ Power
Generator’s core values of integrity, respect, and accountability.
2. Scope
This
Code applies to:
- All employees,
contractors, and business partners of KJ Power Generator.
- All geographic
locations where KJ Power Generator operates or conducts business.
- Any individual
or entity acting on behalf of KJ Power Generator.
- Suppliers and
subcontractors providing goods and services to KJ Power Generator.
All
parties are expected to read, understand, and comply with the requirements
outlined in this document. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action,
contract termination, or legal consequences.
3. Ethical Business Conduct
3.1 Integrity and Honesty
- All business
decisions and interactions must be conducted with honesty, fairness, and
transparency.
- Employees and
representatives must avoid misleading statements, misrepresentations, and
conflicts of interest.
- KJ Power
Generator prohibits fraud, bribery, corruption, and unethical business
practices in all forms.
3.2 Conflict of Interest
- Employees and
representatives must avoid situations where personal interests conflict
with company interests.
- Any potential
conflict of interest must be disclosed in writing to management.
- Employees must
not use company property or confidential information for personal gain.
