KJ POWER GENERATOR manufactures its generator enclosures using automatic surface cleaning and acid washing on galvanized sheets.

Standardly, modular-type enclosures in various sizes ranging from 10 kVA to over 2750 kVA can be produced. According to customer requests, special productions are also made, including enclosures with sound barriers, high-capacity fuel tanks, and special designs consisting of horizontal or vertical shutters at air intake and outlet sections are also made.

The manufacturing of generator sets involves the use of compact sound insulation cabinets, control and transfer panels, light towers, and synchronization systems. All stages of design and production are carried out with high engineering capabilities to ensure customer satisfaction.

ISO-certified acoustic foams resistant to fire and sound are used on the interior walls.

The chassis of gensets built with minimum of 3 mm sheet metal, and the daily fuel tank integrated inside up to 1250 kVA. Custom options include double-walled fuel tanks and chassis with various capacities. To reduce noise levels, sound barriers are used at the inlet and outlet sections, according to specific customer needs.
